The Home Savings Fund grant offers up to $6,950 in financial assistance. You can use the funds for:
- 1. Up to $1,000 in hard earnest money
- 2. Up to $3,000 in renovations if the appraiser requires
- 3. Up to $6,000 of coverage for appraisal gaps
*Total contributions cannot exceed $6,950
